SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to QuickDeall! We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle the shipping and delivery of your products.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major locations and pincodes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of India.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
* Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the package to reach your delivery address, depending on your location (metro cities may receive orders faster, while rural or remote areas might take a bit longer).

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to check the live status of your delivery on the courier partner's website.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at quickdealbusiness301@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Wrong Address & Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address, along with a valid mobile number at the time of checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, shipping fees for re-sending the item will be charged to the customer.
